WRAS APPROVED Expansion Tanks for Potable systems.
The Water Regulations require that all components/materials etc installed onto any Domestic Hot and/or Cold Water system must be WRAS approved. Please note the terminology of the water regulations is now “Wholesome Water”. This means that the regulations now consider any outlet or tap that could be used for food preparation (for example). A definition of Wholesome water follows;
'Wholesome' water is fit to use for drinking, cooking, food preparation or washing without any potential danger to human health by meeting the requirements of The Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2016.
