NATIONWIDE WATER PRODUCTS LTD supply a range of Pressurisation units that may be either Wall Mounted or Floor standing.

These Pressurisation Units are small, compact and lightweight and are simple to install either on Plantroom walls offering valuable space saving in today’s modern cramped plantrooms or may also be Floor Standing for where space is a luxury.

These units are designed to replace water that has been lost through system leakage and to maintain the system design fill pressure in sealed heating and chilled water systems in accordance with BS7074 parts 1, 2 and 3, EN12828 & BS6644.

Expanded water would be accommodated in membrane type Expansion Tanks that are supplied separately and normally installed alongside the Pressurisation unit.

Whilst equipment will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer typical features may include;

• Common fault.

• High pressure.

• Low pressure.

• Boiler interlock Low/High pressure. (refer also to BS6644 for more guidance on regulations)

• Integral Cat 5 Break Tank

• Break tank low water monitoring

• Single or Twin pump operation

• Auto change over for twin pump units

• Switched mains isolator with neon indicators

• Fuse protected motors

• Auto/Manual/Off selected through display panel.

• Simple set point adjustment with Parameter lock option

• Exercise regime to prevent stick of pump during long periods of inactivity

• Operational and Fault history logging.
